Previously, the Escrow Agreement may have been discussed and modified to take into account any
specific requirements of the licensor, licensee or authorized third party.
Escrow contracts proposed by the clients and their legal advisors have to be checked by FGE to come out with a fair and legal agreement to all of the parties. All contracts are signed either in German, English or in French. They cannot be signed in two languages, because only one version will match, the other can only function as a translation.
