Honor Declaration

FGE and relevant designers and developers of the Licensor as well as on licensee`s site explain themselves what is at stake and detail the escrow process. Then FGE and the relevant Licensor's designers and developers create the draft of the future "Honor Declaration" together. This "Honor Declaration" will accompany the deposit. It will include the action plan jointly agreed by the Licensor and FGE, and will define what has to be prepared by the Licensor. Here some main points:

Content of the Deposit (the list of the files and documents to be deposited). Note that the draft will include an outline list. The final content list of the deposit will be created by the FGE engineer when auditing the Deposit content.

Physical Format of the deposit - identifying what is to be burned on a DVD prior to the FGE verification return visit and what is to be stored on a specific "FGE Deposit" repository to be verified before storing it on the deposited media.

Hardware and software testing environment to be made available for the audit.

List of the verifications FGE and the Depositor agree to perform on the deposited elements, taking into account the specific hardware and software development environment and the time available to perform the verification.
